Founding Engineer - RTL Engineer - Stealth Startup

What we're looking for
- Strong proficiency in RTL coding using Verilog and/or SystemVerilog
- Strong understanding of microarchitecture, data path design, memory subsystems, and PPA tradeoffs
- Experience with modern EDA tools and/or open-source toolchains such as Verilator, Yosys, OpenSTA, or similar tools
- Prior experience with AI acceleration silicon, Tensor cores, NVDLA-based architectures, custom NPUs, or similar systems is a plus
- Interest in AI-aided design, ML-for-EDA, or using agents to automate hardware engineering workflows is a plus
- Very strong communication skills
