POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for keeping building clean and in orderly condition. Responsible for cleaning, stocking, and supplying designated facility areas.
KEY ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
- Reports to Branch Manager, HR Manager or Officer.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Clean designated areas by dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning restrooms.
- Empties all trash, spot cleans carpet spots, and cleans coffee pots and area.
- Stock and supply designated areas, such as bathrooms, supply rooms, etc.
- Cleans bathrooms, including, stool, seat, floor, mirrors, and sink.
- Carry out heavy cleaning tasks periodically or as requested, including special projects.
- Notify supervisor/management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
- Follow all health and safety practices.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Experience working as a cleaner.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Ability to use equipment.
- Familiarity with Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience working as a cleaner.
