CNA Pay Range
- 1st Shift: $16–$22 per hour
- 2nd & 3rd Shift: $20–$26 per hour

CNA Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on assistance with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
- Support residents' mobility needs and ensure comfort and safety at all times
- Communicate effectively with nurses, residents, and family members
- Observe and report any changes in residents' conditions
- Promote a positive, respectful environment that enhances residents' quality of life
- Uphold infection control and safety standards in all care activities
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license
- Passion for serving older adults and making meaningful connections
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Dependable, compassionate, and respectful
