RN Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse, you will:
- Assess and monitor residents’ conditions and responses to treatment
- Develop and coordinate individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Provide direct patient care and oversee nursing assistants and support staff
- Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care

Registered Nurse Qualifications
