LPN Job Summary
As a Staff Nurse (LPN), you'll play a vital role in delivering person-centered nursing care, ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of each resident. You'll collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary team to uphold the Ohman Family standard of excellence in senior care.
What You'll Do
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies
- Monitor residents' health status and document changes promptly
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and other healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care
- Provide education and emotional support to residents and families
- Uphold infection control and safety standards
- Serve as a mentor and role model for CNAs and support staff

LPN Qualifications
- Current Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
