We are seeking a PRN Home Health RN to join our team for a weekend/on-call role. In this role, you will coordinate patient care, follow physician orders, and ensure care delivery meets agency, state, and federal standards. You may provide direct care and/or serve as the supervisor for LPNs and Home Health Aides.

Professional Responsibilities

• Provide nursing visits in patient homes
• Perform patient assessments based on agency standards of practice to ensure effective and appropriate care
• Plan, direct, and initiate appropriate nursing interventions independently and responsively
• Perform all duties in accordance with agency policies, procedures, and professional/community standards

Home Health RN Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and car insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
• Willingness to participate in on-call weekend rotation (typically 1 weekend per month)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task efficiently
• Positive attitude, strong attendance, accountability, and compassion

Pay: $39.00 - $43.00 per hour
