Job purpose
Come make a difference in our resident’s lives! As a Food Service Associate, you will perform a variety of food service functions and maintain clean and sanitary conditions of our service areas, common areas, and culinary equipment.
Duties and responsibilities
- Serve meals in a professional manner, demonstrating a genuine concern to please residents and guests.
- Follow safe food handling and sanitation practices.
- Perform prep work, which includes setup/breakdown of dining areas.
- Wash dishes, clear tables, prepare for next meal.
- Ensure that residents and guests receive high quality food in a timely fashion.
- Maintain a positive attitude, demonstrate professional behavior, and practice good personal hygiene.
- Wait on tables and assist other staff as needed.
- Tactfully and professionally, handle resident concerns and complaints.
- Attends in-services as mandated by Culinary Director and Facility Administration
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
