Job Description
Experience: 3-4 years
Experience in resource management, capacity planning, PMO operations, or workforce planning.
Knowledge of resource capacity planning, demand management, and portfolio governance practices.
Analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
Experience with resource management and portfolio planning tools such as ServiceNow SPM, Power BI, Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar platforms.
Excellent written/verbal communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and meeting facilitation skills.
Ability to balance competing priorities and influence decision-making across technology teams.
Salary : $40 - $42
