Home Services Sales Representative

We are looking for a competitive, sales-driven, and highly-motivated field sales representative to join our team. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing your own initiatives and aggressive sales strategies to grow your sales territory. The ideal candidate knows how to get the sale, leaning into their strong communication and interpersonal skills to convert potential customers into new clients. $75,000 - $120,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Inform company of all sales activities, including new business development, account status, customer needs, potential customers, and issues with competition via CRM
• Appear at in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events
• Initiate contact and follow up with potential customers to present our new products or services
• Develop and execute a strategy to generate new customers in your sales territory
• Commit to staying updated on all services and products, competition, and market conditions to ensure customer needs are met

What You’ll Do

• Talk with homeowners in your assigned area
• Show how solar can save them money and increase home value
• Follow up and close deals using proven tools
• Work with a team that supports you—not micromanages

Qualifications:

• CRM experience preferred
• You will need 3-5 years of inside or outside sales experience
• Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• We prefer if you have a bachelor’s degree or high school school diploma
• You must have driver’s license and reliable vehicle
