Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cook to join our culinary team at Indianapolis International Airport. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced airport environment, ensuring food safety and customer satisfaction at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Adapt to changing menu items and special dietary requests as needed.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a cook or in a similar culinary role preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen sanitation practices.
