The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Cashiers to lead high-volume airport restaurants. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in complex operations, value people development, and can balance guest satisfaction with financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system.
- Handle cash and credit transactions efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling and register balancing at the end of each shift.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through friendly recommendations.
- Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve customers promptly while providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, quick service & fast-food restaurant, or retail environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus; training will be provided if needed.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order accuracy.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
