We are looking for Great American Bagel Crew Members to join our team! Crew Members are responsible for delivering great and friendly guest experiences. They prepare products according to operational and quality standards and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean, fast-paced environment. They work as part of a team to meet our Guests’ needs and give them a reason to come back.
Flexible shifts and schedules available. Early morning priority. Having Transportation a plus.
RESPONSIBILITES & DUTIES
- Work well and interact with others respectfully

- Communicate with team members
- Able to learn and execute multiple tasks
- Provide great guest service
- Resolve guest issues
- Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems
- Follow safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws
- Maintain clean and neat work environment
- Execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives
- Handle POS transactions and payments with accuracy
- Prepare and deliver all products according to Brand standards
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED
- schedule flexibility and availability
- Ability to pass pre-employment (post offer) background check.
- Can communicate effectively in English
- Open availability and flexible schedule for demanding hours.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Able to bend and kneel through shift; able to lift up to 25 pounds or more
