We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our culinary team at Salt Lake City International Airport. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet customer demand.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a line cook or similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen sanitation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
