Crew Members - ACY Int'l Airport

OHM Concessions Group owns, operates and manages restaurants in airports across the United States. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and a fun work environment. We are looking for Crew Members/Cashiers to join our team! Crew Members/Cashiers are responsible for delivering great and friendly guest experiences. They prepare products according to operational and quality standards and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean, fast-paced environment. They work as part of a team to meet our Guests’ needs and give them a reason to come back. Flexible shifts and schedules available. Full and part-time available. RESPONSIBILITES & DUTIES

• Resolve guest issues
• Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems
• Follow safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws

• Execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives
• Handle POS transactions and payments with accuracy
• Prepare and deliver all products according to Brand standards
  
  

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass pre-employment (post offer) background check.
• Can communicate effectively in English
• Open availability and flexible schedule for demanding hours.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• An upbeat and friendly attitude
• Trustworthy and reliable
• Commitment to excellent customer service
• Able to handle working in a fast-paced environment
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
• Able to bend and kneel through shift; able to lift up to 25 pounds or more
