- Sales-Oriented: Proven success in meeting or exceeding retail sales goals.
- Beauty-Focused: Background or interest in hair care, beauty retail, or cosmetology is a strong plus.
- Confident Communicator: Comfortable initiating conversations, educating shoppers, and asking for the sale.
- Self-Motivated & Reliable: Ability to work independently, stay on-task, and deliver results consistently.
Requirements
- Sales-First Focus: This is a performance-based role requiring a minimum of 6 confirmed sales per shift.
- Customer Engagement: Proactively approach shoppers, build rapport, and convert interest into sales through confident, knowledgeable communication.
- In-Store Visits: Travel to retail locations in your area (mileage reimbursed).
- Quick & Accurate Reporting: Submit daily performance through a mobile reporting app.
