Weekend Beauty Sales
Consultant – Sales-Driven Role (6 Sales/Shift Minimum)
Ohla US is seeking
high-performing Beauty Sales Consultants to represent a premium
hair care brand in local retail stores. This is a weekend,
in-store role for candidates who are confident in their ability
to drive consistent sales and hit clear performance
targets.

Requirements
- Sales-First Focus:
This is a
performance-based role with a
minimum of 6
confirmed sales per shift
required.
- Customer Engagement:
Actively approach
shoppers, build rapport, and convert interest into sales
through product demonstrations.
- Store Visits:
Travel to retail
locations in your area. (mileage reimbursed).
- Efficient Reporting:
Log your daily
performance through a mobile app.
Ideal Candidate
- Sales-Oriented:
Proven ability to
meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced retail or
promotional environment.

Comfortable
initiating conversations and confidently educating
customers.
- Beauty Knowledge: An interest or background in hair care, cosmetology, or beauty retail is a plus.
