Hold responsibility as a technical "first responder", and builder of the seamless integration of industrial control systems and corporate IT infrastructure. This role requires a hands-on approach to maintaining mission-critical Cisco networks, SCADA environments, and VoIP systems, while actively developing custom applications and AI-driven tools to automate operationally driven systems.
Responsibilities
Build automated workflows to replace manual spreadsheet-based tasks, streamlining day-to-day energy scheduling and operations.
Cisco Networking & Cybersecurity
Hands-on configuration and maintenance of Cisco switches, routers, and firewalls across both office and remote site environments.
Implement "defense-in-depth" strategies, including network segmentation to protect critical SCADA assets from internet-based threats.
VoIP & Communication Systems
Administer and troubleshoot VoIP telephony, including softphones and desk phones for control room and field staff.
Maintain readiness for deployable communication systems and radio/fiber networks used for energy transmission.
Demonstrate the highest standards of ethical behavior and support the Company's Corporate Compliance policy. Assume other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Administer prescribed Company personnel policies and practices.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Hands-on experience in IT/OT environments, specifically within the energy or critical infrastructure sectors. Proficiency in Cisco CLI, VLANs, and VPNs; experience with industrial protocols like Modbus TCP/IP, OPC UA, or DNP3. Scripting skills in Python for telemetry parsing and API-driven automation.
