TheResearch Aide (Research Technician 1) providessupportforprogram evaluation and health professions educational researchin theCollege of Medicine (COM)Office of Curriculum and Scholarship(OCS). AssistsOCS researchers and COM faculty in the developmentand designofprogram evaluation and educational research plans and protocols;researches current scientific literature on specified topics;assists inmanaging, analyzing, interpreting, and visualizingdata; uses analytics tools to create interactive dashboards for stakeholders;supports the development ofacademic products, such as manuscripts and posters; andassists indesigning, implementing, and evaluatingfaculty development programs related to program evaluation and educational research.
Minimum Education/Exeperience Requirements:
High school diploma or GED. Requires successful completion of a background check. Selected candidate may be requested to complete a pre-employment physical including a drug screen
