Admissions & Student Support Representative
Part-Time | 2 Days Per Week | Opportunity to Grow Into Full-Time
We’re looking for an organized, people-focused Admissions & Student Support Representative to help prospective students through enrollment and support current students throughout their school experience.
This role begins at 2 days per week, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Respond to prospective students by phone and text
- Follow up with leads and guide students through the admissions and enrollment process
- Conduct campus tours and admissions appointments
- Explain programs, schedules, tuition, start dates, and general financial aid steps
- Coordinate with Financial Aid and school staff
- Maintain accurate lead, enrollment, and student records
- Follow up with enrolled and newly started students
- Serve as a resource for current students with questions or concerns
- Help identify attendance, communication, or other barriers to student success
- Connect students with the appropriate staff or resources when needed
- Support both enrollment and student retention efforts
Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable with consistent follow-up
- Able to manage multiple students at different stages
- Comfortable using technology and learning CRM/student systems
- Professional, approachable, and solution-oriented
- Admissions, student services, customer service experience is preferred
