Ohio Sports Academy is seeking a part-time customer experience front office team member to work occasional evenings & Saturday afternoons.
The Front Office job duties include:
- Answering incoming phone inquiries
- Welcoming customers and guests
- Handling class enrollments
- Receiving payments
- Replying to email inquiries
- Respond to inquiries about classes and programs
- Light cleaning, including straightening a small pro shop area and making sure restrooms are fully stocked and tidy, and other related duties
We have the following shifts and times available:
Required Hours:
- Monday: 4:00 - 8:30
- Thursday: 4:00 - 8:30
- Fridays: 4:00 - 8:30
- Saturday: 8:30 am - 1:00 pm
Available Hours for Coverage As Needed:
- Monday and Friday 8:45 am - 4:00 pm or 3:00 pm - 8:30 pm
- Weekdays 8:45 - 1:00 or potentially 1:00 - 6:00
- Some Saturday afternoons will be required.
