What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrator position at Ohio Skilled Nursing Care Management?
A growing post-acute and long-term care organization is seeking an experienced clinical executive to lead nursing and clinical operations across a multi-facility skilled nursing portfolio. The organization is committed to clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, operational performance, and compassionate resident-centered care.
Duties and Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
· Be a leader of the facility
· Supervises all clinical and administrative functions in the facility
· Development and implementation of a facility management system
· Administration, management, supervision and coordination of all departments to ensure quality care
· Financial management of a health care facility
· Monitor and maintain facility's compliance with all pertinent State and Federal regulation
· Oversight of the facility quality assurance process
· Ensure that individual rights and opportunity for choice exist for all residents
Requirements:
· Must have current Ohio LNHA License
· 3 years working as a LNHA in a long term care facility preferred
· Experience in performance management and effective leadership
· Proven leadership and management skills
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to relate professionally and work cooperatively with residents and staff at all levels
