What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper / Janitor position at Ohio Senior Housing Properties, LLC?
We are currently seeking a part- time housekeeper (32 Hours per week) for our HUD Section 8 high-rise apartment complex.
Work schedule is Monday-Friday day shift (6.5 hours per day). Responsibilities include cleaning common areas (including bathrooms, lobby kitchen, lobby, office, hallways, stairwells, etc.) and vacant units. You may be asked to help with light landscaping (planting flowers, pulling weeds, etc)
Successful candidate must be able to interact with a diverse group of people in a respectful way. We are seeking a self-motivated people person. Ability to prioritize work and maintain a fast pace is key. Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and be able to pass criminal background and drug screening.
