Position Summary: Carolina School of Phlebotomy is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Alumni student to assist our
Campus Coordinator at CASP. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on
experience in a dynamic educational environment while supporting the day-to-day operations of
our school and its programs.
Please note: This is a short-term, temporary position for graduated students of Carolina/South Carolina School of Phlebotomy.
This internship is 100% in-person.

Educational Background/Requirements:
Must be able to lift 30 pounds at a time, and be able to walk, stand, and sit for extended
periods.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Create and organize class boxes and first-day start kits for new classes
- Assist with inventory management and participate in taking inventory
- Prepare and stock laboratory supplies before classes begin
- Vacuum and mop floors to ensure a clean and welcoming environment
- Assist with laboratory setups and operations during class sessions
- Administer NHA exams
- Send email reminders for classes and respond to phone calls, providing information
- Print out and administer student certificates
- Pick up and manage donations
- Stock bathrooms and clean if needed
- Assist in training the successor for this position as the current internship approaches its conclusion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace
- Take initiative and ability to work independently
- Demonstrates the ability to manage sensitive information in accordance with HIPPA
Educational Background/Requirements:
- At least 18 years old
- No criminal history
- Must be a graduate of Carolina/South Carolina School of Phlebotomy, and in good standing
- Authorized to work in the United States of America
