What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hospice Crisis Care LPN FT days position at Ohio s Hospice Inc?
Hospice Crisis Care LPN - Making every moment matter
- This is a FT day shift position 8am-8pm and will require DRIVING to patients within the Dayton/Springfield area
- This position will provide 1:1 with the patient at the bedside for patients that are actively declining
As a Hospice Crisis Care LPN you will provide care for patients in families in homes/facilities, under the direction and supervision of an RN.
Qualifications for the Hospice Crisis Care LPN:
- Registered LPN with the State of Ohio without any board actions.
- One year of nursing experience preferred.
- CPR Certified.
- Computer skills sufficient to properly document services and care.
- Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime or inclement weather.
- Valid Driver's License with Safe Driving Record.
- State Minimum Automobile Insurance Coverage.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to pass a 10 panel drug screen
