We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Technician to join our team. The right person will take pride in their work, be reliable, and understand that the small details matter when working inside our clients’ homes.
What You’ll Do:
- Complete residential cleaning services including:
- Recurring home cleanings
- Deep cleans
- Move-in/move-out cleans
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and complete detailed cleaning tasks
- Follow company checklists and quality standards
- Provide professional and friendly service to clients
- Communicate with management and team members
- Represent Ohio Pros Cleaning Services with professionalism
Schedule:
- Part-time position with opportunity to increase hours
- Typical cleaning hours are approximately 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Monday through Friday
- No evenings or weekends required
- Scheduling will vary based on client appointments

Requirements:
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Comfortable traveling throughout Northeast Ohio (Akron, Cuyahoga Falls, Stow, Kent, Hudson, Tallmadge, and surrounding areas)
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable and punctual
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Able to work independently
- Comfortable working inside clients’ homes
- Must pass a background check
- Previous residential cleaning experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
