Position Overview:
ONE Health Ohio is seeking a Physician to provides direct and appropriate clinical care and treatment to patients in specialty areas as assigned while maintaining patient/client confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive medical care, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
- Develop individualized care plans, ensuring patient engagement and understanding.
- Collaborate with a team including nurse practitioners, physician assistants and other healthcare providers.
- Supervise and mentor mid-level providers and students as needed.
- Provide patient education on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of conditions.
- Perform minor procedures as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR record system.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Licensed as an MD or DO from an accredited educational institution
- Licensed to practice medicine in Ohio
- Completion of accredited residency program.
- Must be board eligible/certified
- No license restriction
- Must have DEA certification

Physical Requirements:
