Developed after hire: knowledge of the Ohio National Guard mission-driven operating environment and Warfighter Fundamentals.

What’s Required
Option 1: At least 3 ½ years’ experience or training in purchasing/procurement/sourcing to include experience in performing spend analysis, developing sourcing strategy & evaluating vendor performance.
Option 2: Completion of undergraduate core in public or business administration, purchasing, materials management, contracting, acquisition management or logistics, supply chain management, operations management or other sourcing related field, including at least 1 ½ years’ experience or training in purchasing/procurement/sourcing.
Option 3: Completion of graduate core in public or business administration, purchasing, materials management, contracting, acquisition management or logistics, supply chain management, operations management or other sourcing related field, including at least 6 months experience or training in purchasing/procurement/sourcing.
Option 4: At least 2 years’ experience as a Sourcing Analyst with the State of Ohio.
Option 5: At least 1 year experience as a Senior Sourcing Analyst with the State of Ohio.
Option 6: The equivalent of minimum class qualifications for employment noted above.

In This Role, You Will
- plan and support sourcing strategies for contracts and purchasing actions
- help move procurement efforts from planning through renewal and closeout
- review quotes, evaluate proposals, and recommend sourcing options
- coordinate requisitions, purchase orders, contract changes, and payment-related actions
- monitor vendor performance, contract compliance, service quality, and fulfillment outcomes
- support fiscal coordination, including financial coding, split funding, and OAKS CI actions
- prepare and organize documentation for procurement approvals and related actions
- maintain accurate, audit-ready procurement records

Salary : $34
