Pay Range: $16.50/hr – $21.50/hr

The position also involves coordinating with trucking companies to properly plan shipments and updating both company and customer systems by removing inventory according to established depletion procedures.

Position Summary
This role is responsible for maintaining daily communication with customers to ensure all finished goods shipments meet third-party requirements. The position also involves coordinating with trucking companies to properly plan shipments and updating both company and customer systems by removing inventory according to established depletion procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate regularly with coworkers and supervisors to receive direction and coordinate tasks
- Interact daily with customers and external vendors to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in alignment with 5S standards
- Follow all procedures within the Quality Management System
- Coordinate the shipment of finished goods to meet customer demand
- Use the warehouse management system to schedule shipments accurately, following FIFO guidelines
- Inform customers of any issues related to shipment timing or scheduling
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to create customer orders and requests.
- Follow all standard operating procedures for shipments and depletions of customer inventory.
