The Legal Office provides quality legal advice on all affordable housing matters that require legal input & guidance.
- Advise assigned offices on legal responsibilities & authority for housing programs under federal & state laws
- Draft, review & assist in negotiating agency contracts & agreements
- Facilitate responses to public records requests
- Draft loan documents, instruments, amendments & releases related to housing assistance programs
- Review & assist in drafting of proposed legislation & administrative rules

- This position will work from OHFA's offices which are located at 2600 Corporate Exchange Drive, Columbus, OH 43231.
