Responsibilities:
The Instructional Technology Coach at Ohio Hi-Point is an expert educator first who partners with teachers to strengthen instructional practice and improve student learning outcomes across both academic and career-technical programs. This individual works alongside teachers to design engaging, rigorous, and relevant learning experiences. They help staff use research-based instructional strategies and then leverage technology, digital tools, and AI to deepen personalization, feedback, and real-world application.
The ideal candidate is a trusted colleague, skilled communicator, and collaborative problem solver who can work with teachers at all levels of experience. They are equally comfortable modeling lessons, co-planning units, analyzing student data, and facilitating professional learning. Experience supporting instruction with Canvas is strongly preferred.
Requirements:
Teaching license in Education, Career and Technical Education, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in an academic or CTE setting, with demonstrated success in student achievement. Previous experience in instructional coaching, professional development, or teacher leadership preferred.
