The student CNC Machinist position provides high school students with hands-on machinist experience in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines (lathes, mills) to complete precision machining tasks under guidance.
- Learn to read technical drawings and work instructions
- Observe machining processes to learn programming and tooling concepts
- Follow all shop safety rules and machine guarding requirements
Education & Experience:
· Must be a current high school senior or enrolled in a CNC programming, machining, or robotics school program.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to work in a high-paced, hands-on environment with shifting priorities.
