Key Responsibilities: Review daily patient schedules to identify opportunities for ancillary and OTC services that support better outcomes. Provide reminders to providers about patient eligibility for services and treatments. Implement and maintain treatment protocols to ensure consistent, high-quality care. Collaborate with providers and staff to integrate ancillary services into patient care plans. Track and analyze utilization to identify opportunities for improved patient care. Support staff education on ancillary services, emphasizing their role in recovery and health. Work with vendors and internal teams to maintain product availability and timely patient access.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree not required. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and patient-focused follow-through.
