Overview
Busy Ophthalmology practice is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in our Mansfield location. The ideal candidate must work well in a fast paced environment and be able to multi-task. Previous medical office experience is preferred, but not necessary. This is a full- time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and schedule appointments.
- Verify patient insurance information and handle insurance verification processes.
- Check patients in for appointments.
- Check patients out after appointment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
