Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role based in Leetonia, OH, where occasional work from home is acceptable. The Office Administrator will handle daily office operations, including managing administrative tasks, supporting office staff, and maintaining office equipment. Responsibilities include using QuickBooks Online, document management, customer service support, and clear communication with various stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and organization.
Qualifications
- Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration is a plus, but not required
- Proficiency in handling Office Equipment, such as printers, phones, and computers
- Strong written and verbal Communication skills
- Willing and able to work with occasionally grouchy fabricators.
- Someone who loves to stay organized will do very well in this role.
- Proficiency in office software applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite, is preferred
- Must be willing and able to learn to use QuickBooks
- Can't be afraid of conflict
