Duties
We are seeking a Problematic Sexual Behavior and Human Trafficking Administrator to join our Bureau of Community Facilities. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Plan, administer, and coordinate the activities of DYS Problematic Sexual Behavior Treatment Program Certification Advisory Board:
Completion of undergraduate core program in social or behavioral science, pre-medicine or public or business administration or accounting; and 18 mos. exp. in delivery of human services or medical assistance in governmental, community or private human support services agency or medical provider or review of such services for cost containment/budget planning; and 6 mos. exp. in supervisory principles/techniques.
Or completion of graduate core program in social or behavioral science, medicine-related field or public or business administration or accounting; and 12 mos. exp. in delivery of human services or medical assistance in governmental, community or private human support services agency or medical provider or review of such services for cost containment/budget planning; and 6 mos. exp. in supervisory principles/techniques. Note: Training in business or public administration or accounting & exp. in review of services for cost containment/budgeting only pertain to medical cost containment program administrator positions.

We are seeking a Problematic Sexual Behavior and Human Trafficking Administrator to join our Bureau of Community Facilities. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Plan, administer, and coordinate the activities of DYS Problematic Sexual Behavior Treatment Program Certification Advisory Board:
- Formulate, review, and revise administrative rules, policies, and procedures
- Conduct routine site visits to inspect certified programs and programs applying for certification; review documentation, observe programming and interview staff to verify adherence to certification application and administrative rules
- Document compliance issues and make recommendations
- Compile and analyze data; prepare inspection reports; make presentations related to certification board and certified programs
- Facilitate and staff the board; schedule and coordinate meetings; monitor memberships; prepare reports, correspondence and meeting records
- Collaborate with Office of Criminal Justice Services and other partners
- Leverage resources to create sustainable solutions to system gaps
- Coordinate with ICJ Commissioner to implement agency policy and best practices
