- Perform duties in various Real Estate disciplines including title research, closings, appraisals, negotiations, billing package reviews, legal description reviews, and construction and RW plan reviews.
- Use various computer software programs to prepare and manage reports and other documents, as well as perform administrative tasks.
- Interaction with the public and other government agencies.
- Well-organized and motivated self-starter
- Public Relations skills, customer-service oriented
- Independent worker with problem-solving skills
