- Manage & coordinate ODOT’s Federal Highway Administration financial program
- Formulate, develop, enforce & implement program policy
- Review federally funded projects for compliance & maximum funding amounts
- Analyze ODOT related federal notices and legislation to determine impact on current and future funding
- Strong understanding of federal funding rules and FHWA requirements.
- Careful and detail‑oriented when reviewing documents and timelines.
- Able to coordinate well with local, state, and federal partners.

- Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above. NOTE: Successful completion of the Fiscal Academy may be substituted for 4 mos. of required accounting/fiscal experience referenced in this portion of the minimum qualifications.
