- Direct the daily Accounts Payable workload and ensure timely invoice processing and accuracy across all AP functions
- Oversee specialized tasks including lien processing, petty cash coordination, stop payment/EFT requests, and monthly/quarterly reporting
- Lead team training, maintain procedure manuals, conduct system testing, and serve as the technical expert for error resolution
- Support fiscal year-end activities and respond to audit and public records requests
- Provide additional support to Accounts Payable team members through coaching, building trust, and creating a positive team culture
- Strong commitment to mentoring and team support
- Clear, confident communication and coaching skills to train staff, provide guidance, and collaborate effectively with districts, auditors, and internal leadership
