- Under general supervision of the Chief Information Officer (CIO) within the Information Technology Office (ITO), perform non-routine administrative tasks & independently formulate decisions & or judgements involving non-legal interpretation of division policies & procedures as they would apply to given situation to resolve problems, prepare correspondence &/or reports or to carry out other assignments.
- Researches & responds to complex &/or confidential requests for information & complaints; Prepares & disseminates various communications, forms & reports to internal & external stakeholders, Program Directors, & Directors Office.
- Maintains office calendar for CIO & schedules meetings or appointments; Assists CIO &/or other ITO staff with making travel arrangements; Prepares meeting agendas, schedules conference rooms & attendees.
- Tracks & collects weekly, monthly & annual reports from the IT Leadership team; Compiles & produces both summarized & detailed ITO reports for the CIO &/or Directors Office.

30 mos. exp. or 30 mos. trg. in secretarial/administrative professional field.
Option 2
- Or completion of associate core coursework in secretarial science or business office applications from accredited career school or community college
Option 3
- Or 12 mos. exp. as Administrative Professional 2,16872.
- Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.
