- Within the Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV), acts as Assistant Chief of the International Registration Plan (IRP) Section by planning, directing & coordinating all activities related to daily customer interactions, application processing & compliance of federal programs:
- Organizes & coordinates activities & initiatives pertaining to federal compliance programs (i.e., IRP Plan Compliance & Federal Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) compliance);
- Researches & analyzes programmatic issues & data to provide recommendations based on operational procedures; Provides technical advice to aid Administrator &/or BMV senior staff in decision making;
- Serves as liaison & primary point of communication between Administrator & all internal &/or external stakeholders;
- Analyzes, develops & implements new program policies, operational procedures & best practices; Interprets federal, state &/or local laws to ensure policies & procedures are in compliance; Communicates policy updates to all stakeholders.

Option 2
- Or completion of undergraduate core program in business or public administration or closely related area.
- Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.
