- Provide administrative and clerical support for regulatory and public health programs
- Prepare, edit, and maintain correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents
- Manage records, databases, tracking logs, and filing system to ensure accurate documentation and compliance
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events, including materials preparation and logistics
- Process incoming and outgoing communications, mail and program-related documentation
- Serve as a primary point of contact for phone inquiries and customer service requests
- Support program operations through data entry, reporting, and project coordination activities
- Maintain Office supplies, equipment requests and other administrative functions
