Duties
The Division of Administration, Fiscal section is seeking candidates to fill a Sourcing Associate role. The Sourcing Associate will perform the following duties which include, but are not limited to:
- Creates & posts quick quote solicitations
- Processes PCard requisitions, makes PCard purchases & submits required documentation to PCard reconciliation portal
- Shops and does research in OhioBuys catalog, requisite program punch-outs and on the internet
- Acts as a resource to Sourcing Analysts, providing assistance with: market research, vendor communication, documentation gathering, historical records/data gathering & analysis
- Or completion of 1 yr. technical certificate in logistics, supply chain management, strategic procurement or other sourcing related subject.
- Or completion of short term certificate in logistics, supply chain management, strategic procurement or other sourcing related subject; 6 mos. exp. or 6 mos. trg. in purchasing/procurement/sourcing.
- Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.
