- Coordinates the activities associated with proper records, maintenance & repair of a large fleet of state vehicles.
- Provides prompt service & communication to drivers of state vehicles requiring assistance.
- Works to ensure compliance to state & department fleet policies & procedures.
- Enters, monitors & tracks assets from acquisition through disposal.
- Coordinates, organizes & control the retention of records managed by Business Services
- Participates in the successful completion of special projects as requested.
- Or 18 mos. trg. or 18 mos. exp. in inventory control; 3 courses or 9 mos. exp. in electronic data processing related to inventory control; 1 course or 3 mos. exp. in public relations.
- Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.
