We are looking for a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team and provide excellent service to our amazing customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, providing general information about our products and services, and scheduling the customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong attention to detail. We would prefer a candidate who has experience in dispatching or scheduling and customer service, but those who are willing and able to learn new things can thrive in this position. The candidate must be receptive to constructive feedback and be coachable, as this industry is highly specialized and calls will require specific terminology, knowledge of how to sell the product, and ability to rebut refusals. Above all, you must have a great work ethic and sense of humor. We love to work hard and play hard here!
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Capture customer data and schedule appointments in a web-based CRM.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate them as needed.
- Maintain customer records in an organized manner.
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues.
- Willingness to wear many hats and learn more about this specialized industry.
- Other duties as assigned by management
Relevant previous experience may include, but is not limited to:
- Scheduling in an HVAC/plumbing/electric/roofing/related trade environment
- Truck dispatching
- Emergency services dispatching
- Customer service - via phone, preferably
- Administrative assistant
- Accounts payable and/or receivable
- Social media management
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
