Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday
Position Summary
This position supports all areas of branch operations by performing front desk reception duties and providing general office support as needed. The role also assists with departmental projects, primarily supporting the Parts Department. Responsibilities include managing mail services, answering and directing calls through the main phone system, providing clerical support, ordering and stocking promotional items, receiving shipments, and supporting the branch purchase order process through tracking POs, reviewing vendor packing slips, and processing invoices.

- Ability to manage a multi-line phone system.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of two years of general office, administrative, and/or receptionist experience preferred
