- Maintain accurate and organized parts inventory (including cycle counts)
- Pick, pack, and process parts orders
- Assemble hoses and deliver parts as needed
- Work closely with technicians and customers to meet parts needs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of warehouse or inventory experience (mechanical parts preferred)
- Familiarity with heavy equipment or diesel engine parts (CAT experience a plus)
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office/database systems)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Lift/carry up to 40 lbs (50 lbs pulling)
- Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with moderate to loud noise levels
