Role Description
We are seeking a Certified Field Inspector for a full-time in home sales role located in Cincinnati, OH, weekly meetings in office. The Certified Field Inspector will perform site inspections, assess water and structural issues in foundations, basements, and crawl spaces, and provide accurate recommendations for homeowners.
They will prepare a same day proposal with assumption of scheduling an install same day if customer is ready. Inspector will communicate findings and solutions to clients, and collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and proper resolution of identified issues. The role also involves engaging with homeowners to diagnose and explain water management and structural solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience in in-home sales preferred but will train the right individual; paid in house training provided
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills that enable effective interaction with homeowners
- Proficiency in navigating technology
- Knowledge of water management systems, foundation repair, and related construction practices is a plus
- Time management and organizational skills for ensuring efficient inspections and reports
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Have a valid license, reliable vehicle and car insurance
