Your expertise will support quality control initiatives, facilitate accurate documentation, and enhance product development efforts.
Duties
- Set up and operate laser scanning equipment to perform high-precision 3D measurements of manufactured components and assemblies
- Conduct dimensional inspections using laser scanners in accordance with engineering schematics, blueprints, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) standards
- Analyze scan data using specialized software such as Polyworks or other measurement tools to verify conformance to specifications
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to identify measurement requirements and troubleshoot issues during scanning processes
