What does a Case Manager/MHRTC do?
- Provide case management for adults with mental illness
- Work with a Team in the community
- Assessment and treatment planning
- Coordinate or assist with medical or other appointments
- Provide or coordinate safe transportation
- Create and maintain records
- Reduce crisis situations and lessen hospitalizations
- Work cooperatively with community and medical providers, local law enforcement, and others
Qualifications
- MHRT/C
- Maine driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour
