Job Overview

Duties
- Install, inspect, service, and repair commercial roofing systems
- Remove old or damaged roofing materials
- Install new materials including asphalt shingles, solar tiles, slate, and metal roofing
- Cut, shape, and secure roofing materials to proper specifications
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and guidelines
- Comply with local building codes related to roof pitch and structural requirements
- Review project progress to ensure timelines and deadlines are met
- Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
- Interact professionally with customers and ensure surrounding property is protected and well maintained
- Communicate project updates and collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 4 years of Commercial Roofing
- COMMERCIAL ROOFING REQUIRED
- Ability to successfully perform all essential duties and responsibilities
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Dependable, motivated, and able to work in a team environment
Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
